Mindless Eating: Why We Eat More Than We Think

Psychology plays a dominant role in how we perceive food and hence how we interact with it. Here are some practical tips:
- Use smaller plates
- Buy smaller containers of food, or subdivide
- Focus on eating
- As a fast eater: eat alone
- Nice dining
